Driving summons/requisitions (offences related to using mobile phone whilst driving, speeding, failing to stop at signs, drink driving) 

• Representation fee at court: Single Hearing – from £250 plus VAT
• Taking instructions and preparation work from £200 plus VAT.

Court Appearances (Guilty Pleas) Fees differ depending on your instructions and plea.

Court Appearances (Not Guilty Pleas) These cases tend to be complex and require more work. 

• Representation fee at court: Single Hearing half day from £350 plus VAT
• One day Trial from £600.00 plus VAT
• Taking instructions and preparation workfrom £300 plus VAT per hour for Senior Solicitors and recently qualified up to 3 years Solicitors £250. Caseworkers £200.00 an hour plus VAT

We can provide free legal assistance during the course of an investigation at the Police Station. Whether you have been placed under arrest or in Police custody or if you are attending as a volunteer and witness we can assist you 24 hours a day.

For every other cases which does not fall into the category above; We charge a fixed fee of £150 (Plus VAT) per hour. This includes initial consultation and case assessment (up to one hour) with letter of advice.
